About Me:
I'm 19 years old, I went to County Upper School (GCSE's were all A-C grades) and went to West Suffolk College to study BTEC National Diploma Health Sciences. I am currently working at Riverwalk School, and my career goal is to work in a children's home as I would love to help the children that didn't have the best of starts in life.

My Experience:
My mum is a foster carer and we look after childen with disabilities, I have a 12yr old brother who has Down's Syndrome, ADHD, autistic tendencies and tourettes, an 8yr old sister and a 6yr old brother with Bi-lateral Cerebral Palsy. I have also completed two weeks work experience at Riverwalk Special School, I am currently working with the Extra Steps and Beyond Club which is a club for disabled adults, I have also done work experience at Wood'n'Stuff which is also with disabled adults where they can make a variety of things and I have worked at a primary school with a reception and year one class. I have also completed two days work experience at West Suffolk Hospital with the Phsyiotherapist team. I volunteer at my sisters school whenever I have free time. I regularly babysit for my brothers and sister and take full responsibility for them (individually) on outings. Working in a Special school, I have experience of various needs such as; autism, Angelmans Syndrome, ADHD, hydrocephalus, developmental delay, Downs Syndrome, and various others including general learning disabilities and delays.
